AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS OF COUNTRIES OF VISEGRADFOUR IN TERMS OF THEIR EU MEMBERSHIP – EXPERIENCE AND SIGNIFICANCE FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
In the context of possible European integration of Ukraine the article presents the results of the study of the processes of formation efficiency of the agricultural sector of the countries - members of VisegradFour during their preparation for accession to the EU and in terms of membership in this structure as a factor in rural development of these countries. The article also highlighted the features of these processes and the factors that affect them. On the basis of the results there was formulated the own vision of possible prospects of analyzed countries concerning their experience and also individual factors of the implementation of predictable perspectives. An example of joint efforts on the preparation of EU integration in terms of the collapse of the previous integration structures and rapid reorientation of trade flows in the region is valuable for Ukraine, which as at the time Slovakia, is in a significant "isolation" in its economic development from European countries. The list of necessary changes to be made in preparation for the integration include: the completion of transformation and solution of financial and property issues associated with them; strengthening the integrated approach to development of regions and territories; consolidation and intensification of agricultural land market; strengthening the wholesale market and production resources; acceleration of technical and technological development; creation of new norms and standards for agricultural products; strengthening the role and importance of the private sector in the business environment agribusiness.
