AGRICULTURE RESOURCES AND THEIR IMPACT ON ECONOMIC GROWTH OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to study the possibilities of sustainable resource support of economic growth in agricultural production. Methodology of research. The following methods were used to achieve the aim of the research: scientific knowledge: dialectical and systemic approaches - to study the relation between the phenomena and processes of sustainable economic growth in agricultural production, and determining their results and effect; systemic structural and statistical analysis methods - to determine the level of agricultural production resource support; functional method - to study the role of sustainable growth in agriculture and to strengthen the positive impact on poverty reduction of the rural population and to ensure employment in rural areas. Findings. The research result is the analysis of the current status and trends of domestic agriculture resource potential forming, particularly labor and natural inputs. It has been proved that achieving sustainable growth in agricultural production implies the need for an integrated system of organizational and economic measures, including the important role of resource balance providing. Originality. On the base of international experience it has been proved that economic growth in the agricultural sector must be based on knowledge, innovation and inclusive growth. The practical value. Having considered the limited financial resources, we suggest to shift the focus of farmers support to local budgets, the revenues of which since 2015 have increased significantly and to establish the social responsibility of business for non-agricultural crop rotation and careless land use. Obtained results of research is possible to use in the activities of the management of bodies of agriculture and local government.
