Agro-ecological Development in the System of Effective Functioning of the National Economic Complex on the Innovation Basis

Abstract
The article is aimed at substantiation of conceptual bases of agro-ecological development; determining the objectives and development of priorities to ensure the effective functioning of the national economic complex and its agro-ecological component on the innovation basis. It was proved that the further agro-industrial development in the system of effective functioning of the national economy can only be carried out when implementing the ecological-safety mechanism of reproduction, where it \'s the innovative factor that forwards the development with involving of the world achievements. A complex of scientific-technical, organizational and economic problems was explored, solving of which will allow the production of environmentally friendly products. The influence of strategic management of innovation processes on the effective functioning of an economic system was studied. Priority of solving the tasks for improving the institutional infrastructure of the agro-ecological development in the system of national economy has been proposed. It was determined that innovation should be based on the comprehensive consideration of environmental factors, the rational use and protection of natural resources, compliance with environmental safety requirements in the process of economic activities. Under these conditions, the national economic complex would be able to effective development. Moreover, real preconditions for production of competitive, environmentally safe products on the innovation basis will be created without environmental crises in the future.
