Abstract
UK Розглядаються актуальні питання суб'єктів, які так чи інакше долучені до проведення конституційної реформи. Зазначається, що питання про суб'єктів конституційних перетворень (перегляду конституцій) виникло одночасно із запровадженням перших конституцій у XVIII–XIX ст.ст. Характеризується поняття суб'єктів конституційної реформи та визначаються ролі учасників конституційної реформи в Україні. Встановлено, що суб'єкти конституційної реформи володіють різними типами конституційної правосуб'єктності і реалізують установчу владу відповідно до власного конституційно-правового статусу. Зв'язок сутності конституції та суб'єктів її запровадження і перегляду є закономірним, він пов'язаний з природою конституційного акта і характером здійснення установчої влади в державі. Стверджується, що залежно від ролі в конституційному процесі суб'єктами конституційної реформи є суб'єкти конституційної ініціативи, суб'єкти конституційної правотворчості, суб'єкти конституційної законотворчості, суб'єкти конституційного контролю. EN The article deals with topical issues of the subjects that are somehow attached to the conduct of the constitutional reform. Mentioned, that the issue of the subjects of the constitutional transformation (review of the constitution) arose simultaneously with the introduction of the first constitutions in the XVIII–XIX centuries. Characterizes the concept of the subjects of the constitutional reform and identifies roles of the participants of the constitutional reform in Ukraine. It is founded that the subjects of the constitutional reform have different types of constitutional legal personality and implement the constituent authority in accordance with their own constitutional and legal status. The connection between the substance of the constitution and the subjects of its implementation and review is regular, related to the nature of the constitutional act and character of exercising of the constituent power in the state. It is alleged that, depending on the role in the constitutional process the subjects of the constitutional reform are the subjects of constitutional initiative, the subjects of constitutional law-making, the subjects of constitutional legal making, the subjects of constitutional control.
