Aktywizacja zawodowa niepełnosprawnych poprzez wykorzystanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT) w Polsce

Abstract
The paper takes the subject of professional activation of disabled persons by the use of the information and communication technologies (ICT) in Poland in the years 2015–2017. The purpose of this publication is to identify the areas that require the implementation of new solutions to minimize disparities. The authors performed a comparative analysis. The results indicate a lack of requirements on the need to apply the ICTs in this area in recent years. As a result, the technological potential of the ICTs is not fully utilized. This fact weakness the position of disabled persons in the labour market. Therefore, it is necessary to undertake various actions that aim at levelling the employment opportunities for disabled persons.
