Akut Retinal Nekrozlu Bir Olguda Oral Valasiklovir Tedavisinin Etkinliği

Abstract

Akut retinal nekroz (ARN) hızlı seyreden ve çoğu olguda görme kaybıyla sonuçlanabilen kötü prognozlu bir hastalıktır. Hızlı tanı ve tanı konulur konulmaz başlanacak hızlı anti-viral tedavi, ilerideki görsel prognozu yakından etkiler. Bu çalışmada, kliniğimize görme azalması ve gözde ağrı şikayeti ile başvuran ve dış merkezde akut glokom tanısı alan 34 yaşındaki bir kadın hasta sunulmaktadır. Hastaya klinik olarak ARN tanısı konmuş ve derhal anti-viral tedaviye başlanmıştır. Burada, olgumuza uyguladığımız tedavi yaklaşımı sunulmuş ve ARN’nin tedavisinde bildirilmiş farklı yaklaşımlar tartışılmıştır.
