AN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT AS PART OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the administrative court as a component of the judicial system in Ukraine. Problems that need to be resolved at the legislative level in order to improve the functioning of the administrative court as part of the judicial system in Ukraine: a) to reduce the number of appraisal categories; b) bringing the provisions of Art. 125 of the Constitution of Ukraine, art. 2, part 5 of Art. 19 CAS Ukraine as regards the harmonization of the subjective component both in the part of the subjects of treatment and in the part whose rights, freedoms and the interests protected by law are to be protected by an administrative court (the subjects whose right to a fair trial may be violated is any participants in the administrative case: natural persons, legal entities, subjects of authority, etc.); c) the final solution to the problem of the autonomy of the system of administrative courts (imposing on the general courts of the first link the duty to consider administrative cases, the number of which is significant, does not facilitate the unloading of local general courts, which affects the quality of court decisions).
