AN ASSESSMENT ON PARTNERSHIP CULTURE IN FAMILY ORGANIZATIONS AT SME SCALE

Abstract
This research, which was made under the topic of partnership culture in family organizations at SME scale, consists of two parts as theoretical and application. In theoretical part of the research the conceptual framework was designed to form an infrastructure to the application part. Partnership concept was taken into consideration with family organizations, their general characteristics, their pros and cons, establishment and their developments in this part; in addition to this some information was given about background of partnership concept. Family organizations were assessed and partnership concept were explained with culture-economy-mentality spheres in this part. In the application part of the research, a survey study of partnership culture in family organizations was conducted . After the process of application, the data gained from 101 questionnaires were analyzed and explained by using some of the statistical tests. Significant findings about partnership culture of family organizations at SME scale in Konya district were presented in this part.
