Abstract
The connection between representatives of Kosach-Kryvyniuks family and Katerynoslav has been presented. The role of one of the first female zemstvo doctors in Katerynoslav region, Olha Kosach-Kryvyniuk (younger sister of Lesia Ukrainka), has been considered within the context of providing medical assistance to people. The contribution of Olha Kosach-Kryvyniuk into the development of national culture, literature and educating movement in Katerynoslav region has been shown.
