An Efficient Approach for Image Filtering by Using Neighbors pixels
Journal Title: International Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Applications - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 6
Abstract
Image Processing refers to the use of algorithm to perform processing on digital image. Microscopic images like some microorganism images contain different type of noises which reduce the quality of the images. Removing noise is a difficult task. Noise removal is an issue of image processing. Images containing noise degrade the quality of the images. Removing noise is an important processing task. After removing noise from the images, the visual effect will not be proper. This paper presents an approach to de-noise based on averaging of pixels in 5X5 window is proposed.

Tracking of Multiple objects Using 3D Scatter Plot Reconstructed by Linear Stereo Vision
This paper presents a new method for tracking objects using stereo vision with linear cameras. Edge points extracted from the stereo linear images are first matched to reconstruct points that represent the objects in the...
Towards A Proactive System for Predicting Service Quality Degradations in Next Generation of Networks based on Time Series
The architecture of Next Generation of networks (NGN) aims to diversify the offer of operators in added value services. To do this, NGN offers a heterogeneous architecture for the services deployment. This poses signific...
Efficient Proposed Framework for Semantic Search Engine using New Semantic Ranking Algorithm
The amount of information raises billions of databases every year and there is an urgent need to search for that information by a specialize tool called search engine. There are many of search engines available today, bu...
An Enhanced Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making Model with A proposed Polygon Fuzzy Number
Decisions in real world applications are often made under the presence of conflicting, uncertain, incomplete and imprecise information. Fuzzy multi Criteria Decision making (FMCDM) approach provides a powerful approach f...
A Low Complexity based Edge Color Matching Algorithm for Regular Bipartite Multigraph
An edge coloring of a graph G is a process of assigning colors to the adjacent edges so that the adjacent edges represents the different colors. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to find the perfect color matching...
