An Inventory Model for Time Varying Holding Cost and Weibull Distribution for Deterioration with Fully Backlogged Shortages
Journal Title: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICS TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGY - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 10
Abstract
To find optimum order quantity deterioration plays crucial role in inventory management therefore handling of deterioration is in highlight and attracted of many researchers. In this model Economic Production P roblem under time varying holding cost, demand is constant, price discount is offered for deteriorated items, deterioration rate is considered as Weibull distribution and shortages are permitted and kept fully backlogging. The model is supported by numer ical example

Statistical Properties of Kumaraswamy Quasi Lindley Distribution
In this paper, we present a new class of distributions called kumaraswamy Quasi Lindley Distribution. This class of distributions contains several distributions such as kumaraswamy Lindley distribution, Quasi Lindley, a...
On Edge Pair Sum Labeling of Graphs
An injective map f : E(G) → {±1,±2,…,±q} is said to be an edge pair sum labeling of a graph G(p, q) if the induced vertex function f^*:V(G)→Z-{0} defined by f^* (v)=∑_(e∊E_v)▒f(e) is one – one, where E_v denotes the set...
On wgrα - Homeomorphisms in Topological Spaces
A bijection f: (X, τ) → (Y, σ) is called weakly generalized regular α- homeomorphism if f and f-1are wgrα-continuous. Also we introduce the new class of maps, namely wgrαc-homeomorphisms which form a subclass of wgrα-ho...
A New Approach to Robust Partial Least Squares Regression Analysis
Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) is a linear regression technique developed to relate many independent variables to one or several dependent variables. Robust methods are introduced to reduce or remove the effects...
Total Outer Equitable Connected Domination of a Graph
Let G = (V, E) be a graph. A set D V (G) is equitable dominating set of G if v V – D a vertex u D such that uv E (G) and |d(u) – d(v)| 1. A set D V (G) is outer equitable dominating set if D is equitable dominati...
