An Overview with Noninvasive Body Countering in The Management of Cellulite

Abstract

Nowadays cellulite, or gynoid lipodystrophy (GLD) is the most concerning and displeasing skin problem. It is a condition in which the skin appears dimpled, bumpy and "orange peel-like." It's caused by changes in the structure of the connective tissues and fat cells that lie underneath the skin's surface <strong><sup>[1].</sup></strong> This article aimed at reviewing the classification, pathophysiology and treatment in general, as well as the management of cellulite with non-invasive body countering.
