Abstract
The analysis of the literature found that existing methods of road safety is not the purpose of the study because urgent need is to develop methods for identifying hazardous road users include highways and streets, creating a favorable environment for the traffic of vehicles and its members, purpose other effective scientific and reasonable methods of improving the safety of vulnerable road users. System Analysis road transport as a complex system of traffic allowed to examine existing traffic systems, their components, characteristics and properties. Based on the analysis of the proposed project and built a system of "Road traffic - Traffic flow - Road conditions - Traffic environment".
