АНАЛІЗ ОСОБИСТІСНИХ ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ ТА ПРИЧИН ІНТЕРНЕТ-ЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ У СТУДЕНТІВ ВИЩИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ

Abstract
The research carried out a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific literature on the problem of Internet addiction among students. Diagnostic research program is developed. The causes of dependence on the global Internet in the student environment are determined. The personal characteristics of students with different levels of Internet dependency are established. The preventive program of Internet addiction for students of higher educational institutions has been developed. At the first stage of the study, students were asked to answer the following questions: Do you use the mobile Internet throughout the day? How many hours do you spend online per day? The purpose of the visit to the network: a) to find information when preparing for classes; b) to visit social networks. Do you visit social networks from a mobile phone during training sessions? The conducted questionnaire showed the following results: 98 % of respondents who answered the questionnaire questionnaire indicated that they were using the mobile Internet during the day; 77 % indicated that they were entering social networks during training sessions. 67 % indicated that they use the network mainly for communication, 33 % - to search for information.Of the results obtained during the survey, we observe the following, 39 % of respondents who participated in the survey, spend on the Internet from 30 minutes to 1 hour, 47 % - 1-3 hours, 14 % - 3-5 hours or more. In the second phase of our study, we, with the help of a methodology developed by the professor of psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, Professor Dr. Kimberly Young, found the presence and extent of the severity of the Internet dependency among university students. The processing of the test results allowed to establish that 14 % of students have an online dependency and spend on the network from 3 to 6 hours or more. 47 % are at risk and are prone to online dependencies. At the third stage of our study to identify personal characteristics and personal problems of students with varying degrees of severity of Internet dependence, we conducted a diagnosis of the level of comity, self-esteem, level of reactivity and personal anxiety. Based on the results of the diagnosis using the For university students, recommendations for the prevention of Internet addiction have been developed.
