АНАЛІЗ ПРАКТИКИ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ СУДОВО-НАРКОЛОГІЧНОЇ ЕКСПЕРТИЗИ В КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ

Abstract
Current practice of forensic psychiatric evaluations of alcohol and drug dependence shows that 18.5% of their general structure counts for illegitimate types of evaluations: “multispecialty psychological, narcological and psychiatric” (9.0%), combined forensic psychiatric and “forensic narcological” (8.7%), and “forensic narcological” (0.8%). In 68.5% of forensic psychiatric evaluations there were particular expert tasks concerning drug- and alcohol-related mental disorders. Thus, in such criminal cases courts and investigating agencies pointed out that those cases contained the facts of psychoactive substance use. Courts and investigating agencies have an interest in differentiated approaches toward the defendants suffering from drug and alcohol dependence. Nevertheless, current forensic expert approaches are still limited by a number of subjective and objective reasons.
