Abstract
Тhe allelic affinity for the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) genes and the plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (RAI-1) using PCR was determined, the levels of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HGL) and placental lactogen (EL) by ELISA in pregnant women with an interruption risk in the embryonic gestation period on the background of obesity. The analysis of indicators of hormonal status, depending on the genotypes of the examined women, was carried out.
