Analiza ryzyka transportu urobku w przedsiębiorstwie wydobywczym

Abstract
The risk analysis concerning mining area was presented in this article – transport of coal output into the surface and its impact on safety. Basic information concerning risk analysis, their identification and methods were discussed. The article presents devices used to transport coal output such as: scraper conveyors, belt conveyors, combine harvesters, crushers and screens, as well as selected methods of risk analysis, PHA and HAZOP methods that were used to conduct risk analysis for the belt conveyor used to haulage output when there is high concentration of output.
