Abstract
Artykuł przedstawia stan przestępczości młodzieży na terenie Republiki Czeskiej. W tekście omówiono wybrane zagadnienia związane z występowaniem pejoratywnych, stypizowanych czynów, których sprawcami były osoby nieletnie. Zdefiniowane zostały pojęcia osoby małoletniej i nieletniej w świetle obowiązującego w Republice Czeskiej porządku prawno-karnego, a także przybliżono wybrane kategorie przestępstw kryminalnych.
