Abstract
Analiza SWOT constituie cea mai importantă tehnică managerială pentru înțelegerea poziției strategice a unei organizații. Analiza SWOT are ca obiectiv de a recomanda strategiile care asigură cea mai bună aliniere între mediul intern și extern: alegerea strategiei corecte, încât să fi e adaptate punctele tari la oportunități, să reducă la minimum riscurile și să elimine punctele slabe.
