Abstract
Streszczenie. W artykule przedstawiono analizę efektów wprowadzenia informatycznego systemu zarządzania magazynem wyrobów gotowych w firmie ZWS Silesia. Przeprowadzone zmiany miały wpływ na poprawę wskaźników procesów magazynowania, a także na poziom obsługi i zadowolenia klientów.
