ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF MODERN MEDIA TRENDS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the issues connected with the definition of norms and principles of state regulation of media activities in the Czech Republic in modern conditions. The main goal of the study (which determines its relevance) was the identification of basic methods for regulating the work of the media in Czech Republic. The emphasis was on studying both the theoretical aspects of this problem, and the analysis of domestic legal, institutional and organizational practices. The study of the interaction of the media and public authorities is analyzed in the study of the influence of the media on the adoption of political decisions and the definition of the policy of state authorities, in relation to the media. With empirical evidence it is proved that the influence of the mass media in the Czech Republic is influential, due to the active political culture. The policy of public authorities, as regards the mass media in the Czech Republic, is based on fundamental democratic principles. As a result of the study, exhaustive conclusions are drawn.
