ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE WITH THE AIM OF INCREASING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article noted the special role of determining the optimal structure of capital in order to strengthen the financial sustainability of the enterprise. The advantages, disadvantages of own, and borrowed capital are presented. The methods and criteria for optimizing the structure of capital are investigated. Using the method of optimizing the structure of capital by the criterion of minimizing its weighted average value, based on the preliminary estimation of the value of own and borrowed capital under different conditions and the scope of its attraction, multi-valued calculations of the weighted average cost of capital and the effect of financial leverage have been made. The analysis of financial sustainability of the enterprise was carried out and ways of its improvement were offered.
