Abstract
In modern conditions of firm management logistic become a more significant. Efficiency of logistic processes, exhaustion of modern tools for operating these processes, cutback of logistic costs are all essential conditions for maintain the market position. Adaptation coal mining industry to modern conditions was and still is connected with necessity to effectuate restructuring process in coal mines at all fields of theirs activity. In literature there is a lot of positions discussing particular logistic systems, though all mines have formulated own procedures specified in mine instructions. Firm managers have to take into account in their decisions using modern computer technologies or new project solutions of infrastructure. This paper articulate logistic management analysis on example of coal mine. Pose it two of two parts of article.
