Analysis of effect of yogic exercise on Static and Dynamic flexibility amoung school students

Abstract
The authors in thier research want to investigate the efect of three weeks exercise amoung students of XI(Boys and Girls)of DAV school in Ajmer. The pre and post test had taekn by the author by using Dynamicflexibility test. The test which was conducted by the author are Shuttle run test and Trunk and Neck test. Todetermine this difference between the pre and post result was employed at the significance level of 5%. Theauthors in his research want to find out the difference in pre and post effect of yogic exercise in the generalbody posture of the students under observation.In this reseach paper the author measures the stactic anddynamic flexibility effect on yogic exercise amoung school students.
