ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF THE STOCK MARKET STATE REGULATION IN UKRAINIAN USE CONTEXT

Abstract
Ukraine has embarked on the path of building a modern stock market. At that time, in the world practice, principles and mechanisms of state and supranational regulation of financial markets were formed. This gives our country the opportunity not to repeat mistakes made by other states, but to create an optimal mechanism for the functioning of the stock market based on international experience and national characteristics.
