ANALYSIS OF IMAGE CRISIS SITUATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF NESTLÉ’S BRAND KITKAT

Abstract
The paper deals with the key aspects of managing a company’s image, especially an image crisis situation. This element of management has been scrutinized on the example of Nestlé’s image problems. As a result, the author has analyzed the sources and elements of the campaign against the concern and the company’s reaction to the accusations. Moreover, the article points out the fundamental principles which every company ought to implement in the process of professional image crisis management.
