ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EUROPEAN CONVENTION OF ADOPTION AT COURT CASES ABOUT ADOPTION

Abstract
The article examines some of the provisions of the European Convention on the Adoption and their use in the court cases about adoption. Carried out analysis of the scope of the Convention and the principle of correspondence adoption supreme interests of the child as one of the guarantees of adoption.
