ANALYSIS OF INTERSECTORAL TECHNOLOGICAL LINKAGES IMPACT ON NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to analyze intersectoral innovation linkages in the context of national security issues and to develop the appropriate foundations for innovation development strategy. Methodology of the research. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the fundamental points of modern economic science, the studies of domestic and foreign scientists. During the research such methods were used: analysis and synthesis (for studying the object and the subject of research); abstract-logical method (for theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions); system-structural analysis (for analysis of the impact of intersectoral technological linkages on national security). Findings. The main problems of innovative development on the basis of intersectoral interaction, which create threats to national security, are determined. Based on the analysis of world experience and global innovation trends, it is established, that interindustry interaction, which is formed on the basis of technological chains between as many participants as possible while ensuring national security has a favorable effect on the state of system stability and the competitiveness of the economy. Originality. The conceptual bases of the innovation development strategy based on taking into account the potential of intersectoral innovation linkages in the context of national security issues are proposed. Practical value. The approaches outlined in the paper can be used as an analytical basis for assessing the effectiveness of existing strategies for innovation development and developing of strategy for new industrialization at different levels, taking into account the tasks of ensuring national security.
