ANALYSIS OF LEVEL OF PHYSICAL TRAINING TOURIST-SKIERS OF 15-16 YEARS OLD IN PRE-HIKING PERIOD

Abstract

The main aspects of the pre-hike training of tourist-skiers for a multi-day non-category sport skiing are considered. The state of physical preparedness of tourist-skiers in the beginning and at the end of the pre-hike period is analyzed.
