ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND EXPERT EVALUATION OF OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE TECHNICAL STATE OF CHARGED PARTS OF MOBILE COMPOSITION

Abstract

Classification of methods of diagnostics of wheel-sets of rolling stock is given. The systems of operative diagnosis by certain parameters and methods with the help of which wheel pairs are diagnosed, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. A classification of diagnostic methods and systems for a general spectrum of faults or only individual ones (cracks, sliders, chips, etc.) has been developed. The application of methods and systems for the diagnostics of wheel pairs is introduced. The improvement of existing and implementation of modern methods and systems of diagnostics and non-destructive testing is one of the main tasks of the repair enterprises of the country. The applied techniques of maintenance require the involvement of large human resources, which has a very negative impact on its quality. The existing and innovative diagnosis systems of wheel-sets for our country is classified. These systems run all the operations in a non-stop mode, allowing to ease the heavy work of the personnel, and thus reduce the probability of passing the faults (defects).
