ANALYSIS OF METHODS OF SPECIALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES ESTIMATION UNDER MARKET CONDITIONS

Abstract
The process of conducting personnel estimation to get necessary information about workers and skilled potential of organization on the whole from the point of view of foreign and Ukrainian scientists is considered. The criteria of specialists’ estimation are presented, the qualities of estimation of rganization specialists have been grouped, the analysis of personnel estimation methods has been conducted, and also the complex system of methods of estimating the professional qualities of specialists under the conditions of market economy is offered in order to upgrade production process and increase the efficiency activity of enterprises and organizations in all spheres of the economy.
