Abstract
This article explores the organization of work with citizens municipal budget organization "The regional contact center" Poltava Regional Council. The dynamics of the total number of appeals described information provision (VoIPTime Contact Center), which allows for the processing of incoming calls, registration of citizens and control the execution of applications on terms.
