It was observed that the institution’s records management is shifting from manual to electronic system of managing records by using computers and internet. This allows the users to complete and submit the information on time. The electronic filing system prevents the users from making serious mistakes that could affect the operation and image of the institution. Training, supervision and control on records management skills are recommended for all relevant employees of the institution for efficient records management to promote better institutional performance.
