The further inferential analysis through t test showed significant difference between the self-efficacy scores of both the groups. The self-efficacy scores were found to be higher in the group of participants who were involved in physical exercise as compared to those who had sedentary lifestyle. On the other hand, the social physique anxiety scores were found to be higher in the group of participants who reported having sedentary lifestyle as compared to the scores of the participants who reported engaging in exercise (p<0.05).
