Analysis of sounding signal with the trapezoidal frequency intra-modulation

Abstract
A signal with a trapezoidal linear frequency modulation and its properties are considered, figures of amplitude spectrum of signal are drawn, figures of ambiguity diagram, cross-correlation functions on different levels from the maximum and isoresponse ambiguity function in strong and weak fields are shown. Changes of signal characteristics depending on change of a component of a constant frequency are outlined. Considered properties of section of cross-correlation function to two peaks and effect of these properties. Advantages and disadvantages of the signal, its application field are outlined.
