ANALYSIS OF THE DEFICIENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR IN DEVELOPING THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

This article examines the main shortcomings that arise in the development of emotional intelligence among future primary education teachers. During the research, theoretical and practical materials were analyzed, existing problems were identified, and ways to address them were proposed. The article also discusses the methodology for developing emotional intelligence, modern approaches, and international experience.
