Analysis of the essence of administrative-legal relations on the example of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights

Abstract
The article explores the significance of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights for understanding administrative relations. It is conducted an analysis of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, conclusions are made and the main problems of understanding administrative and legal relations in Ukraine are highlighted.
