Abstract
In recent decades, the intangible factors of production began to exert an enormous influence on the process and results of operations of companies all over the world. In economic theory they are called an intellectual capital. In Ukraine almost no attention is paid to the accounting and management of this essential resource. The purpose of this article is to analyze the hidden potential of intellectual capital of the engineering enterprises of Ukraine
