ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF HOUSEHOLDS OF THE POPULATION ON THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTION OF THE INDUSTRY

Abstract

The article studies the influence of households on the formation of investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector. A direct relationship has been established between the number of serving cooperatives and the volumes of production. An attention is focused on the importance of increasing the level of the cooperative movement in agriculture, as one of the weighty factors of the growth of the investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector. Investigating the formation of the agrarian investment market, it is necessary to determine the role and place of each of the participants in this process in the formation and use of investment resources and the influence of individual, most active categories of commodity producers on the formation of the investment attractiveness of agriculture. The search for ways to improve the investment climate in agriculture requires further research aimed at identifying additional household opportunities and their impact on increasing the investment attractiveness of agriculture. The economies of the population, as a form of productive activity, have a significant influence on the formation of the investment climate of agriculture. Insufficient capitalization, limited credit, weak legislative and legal framework, and a number of other factors hamper the development of households. One of the ways to solve this problem can be the expansion of the number of personal peasant farms, the allocation of additional land for them, and the creation of a network of servicing cooperatives in each administrative district that could satisfy the needs of commodity producers as fully as possible. The activation of the cooperative movement in the countryside, as a factor in the growth of the investment attractiveness of the industry, should be one of the main priorities of agrarian policy. Households as one of the forms of production activity have a significant impact on the formation of the investment climate of agriculture. Their insufficient capitalization, limited lending, weak legislative and regulatory frameworks, and a number of other factors restrain the development of households. One of the ways of solving this problem would be to expand the number of private peasant farms, to allocate additional land allotments to them, and to create a network of service cooperatives in each administrative district, which could as much as possible satisfy the demands of commodity producers. Activation of the cooperative movement in the village as a factor of the growth of investment attractiveness of the industry should be one of the main priorities of agrarian policy.
