ANALYSIS OF THE NORMATIVE LEGAL DEFINITION OF THE TERM «ILLEGAL IMPORT OF MIGRANTS»

Abstract
The article deals with the discussion of the main approaches to the formulation of concepts of illegal immigration, illegal migration, illegal migration, and their correlation. The necessity of unification of terminology in the field of migration, both at the international and national levels, is substantiated.
