ANALYSIS OF THE SUBSTITUTION THEORY AND THE THEORY OF HIERARCHY IN DIVIDEND POLICY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to analyze the theories of dividend policy, to determine the most productive theory and study the relationship between dividend payments and financing of economic activity with share capital in companies. Determined that the dividend policy is important because it affects the structure of capital and financing, and in the case of joint stock companies and the information value. The results of the analyzed studies have confirmed the relationship between the largest paid dividends and capital structure (by including the level of long-term investments and reserves for liabilities in the model).
