ANALYSIS OF THE WORKING CAPACITY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY IN THE CONTEXT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the process of selecting a workplace for the individual characteristics of a person with disabilities in order to ensure labor safety and increase the level of efficiency at the enterprise. To achieve the goal, the article analyzes the concept of working capacity in terms of the limited abilities of persons with disabilities and formulates the basic principles of optimizing the decision-making process in exercising the making a choice of a workplace.
