ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF EMPLOYMENT OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC INSTABILITY

Abstract
The article provides a retrospective review of the socio-demographic characteristics of the labor force and the dynamics of the main employment indicators. The analysis of development trends, inertial processes and manifestations of the turbulent state of the labor market in terms of gender segregation, degrees of education, vocational qualification structure, types of economic activity are presented. The forecast of the number of employed population of Ukraine for the four quarters has been obtained on the basis of time series simulation. The priority directions of development that can lead to improvement of the situation on the labor market article are given.
