ANALYSIS OF VICTIMIZATION IN MERCENARY, VIOLENT AND RACIALLY MOTIVATED CRIMES, RACIAL, NATIONAL OR RELIGIOUS INTOLERANCE

Abstract
The article in vestigates victim behavior of victims of mercenary, violent crimes and victimization of persons when committing crimes based on racial, national or religious intolerance. The analysis of the victimogenic situation was carried out, when the specified criminal offenses were committed, and also the features of the choice of the future victim by the criminal.
