ANALYTICAL VIEW ON LICENSING OF TOUR OPERATOR’S ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of the licensing procedure for tour operator’s activity in Ukraine within the framework of legislation features to obtain and revoke the license. The information on the number of tour operators by Ukrainian regions and indicators of their economical statement was analyzed and systematized. The international experience in conducting tour operating activities has been studied. The ways of minimizing the risks of conducting tour operator’s activity are determined.
