In our daily life the telecommunication technology plays an important role. Despite of all these technological advancement in the telecommunication field, the physically impaired people have no access for these technologies. The literacy rates of visually impaired people in the modern country are being concerned nowadays. So we decided to design a Braille tutor. This is an android app with speech experience. This app can communicate with embedded device through Bluetooth as medium. Using this app the teacher can send words, letters, numbers and symbols in the Qwerty keyboard. This system provides voice recognition by using Google API and also provides text to speech mechanism. The output was represents the alphabets, numbers and letters of the Braille symbols by mechanically raising and lowering pins to create the up and down movement of solenoids. This method is effective and low cost.
