Anesthesia Challenges in Perioperative Management of Obese Antenatal Woman with GDM, SLE, AIHA and PIH

Abstract

Management of pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus and multiple co-morbidities pose a high risk for both surgery and anesthesia requiring multidisciplinary approach. This case report describes challenges and critical care management of such patient posted for emergency cesarean section.
