ANESTHESIA MANAGEMENT IN PEDIATRIC PATIENT WITH FALLOT TETRALOLOGY USED BY ABSENCE OF THE PULMONARY VALVE AND MAJOR AORTOPULMONER COLLATERALS

Abstract

In the tetralogy of Fallot, which is one of the most common congenital heart diseases, accompanying the absence of the pulmonary valve and the presence of major aortopulmonary collaterals are rarely seen. These accompanying anomalies complicate the intraoperative anesthesia management Tetralogy of Fallot. In this case report, we aimed to present the anesthesia management of a 9- year-old patient who undergone cardiac correction operation due to the presence of tetralogy of Fallot, absence of the pulmonary valve and major aortopulmonary collaterals.
