Abstract
Tetralogy of Fallot, which is one of the common congenital heart disorders, comprises right ventricular (RV) outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO) (infundibular stenosis), ventricular septal defect (VSD), aorta dextroposition, and RV hypertrophy. Few cases of uncorrected TOF present for non-cardiac surgeries.
