Abstract
Bone cysts are benign, aggressive and destructive lesions with a predominance in long bones. We report a very rare localization of the aneurysmal cyst in the clavicle in a 13-year-old child, treated surgically with no recidive signs at the 3 months control exams .We will try trough this case to outline aneurysmal bone cysts general characteristics as well as their radiological features and different therapeutic modalities.
